Come on Spring!!!

Well its COLD!!! The weather that is. The market is actually starting to heat up a little bit.
I think Spring will bring back the buyers that have been hiding for the last 12 months. Right now the cold (12 degrees) is keeping everyone at home by the fire. All signs point to a good Spring season for buyers. Homes have been on the market for a while and prices have been reduced. Come on and buy your piece of paradise now.
